Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using NexPOS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. NexPOS is operated by StackNex Technologies LLP ("Company"), registered at WeWork Rajapushpa Summit, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032, India.

2. Service Description

NexPOS is a cloud-based point-of-sale platform that provides:

• Point-of-sale and checkout processing
• Inventory management
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Kitchen display system (KDS)
• Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay)
• Offline mode with automatic sync
• NexIQ AI business assistant

3. Account Registration

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Includes core POS features, inventory management, and basic reporting at no cost, forever.

Essential Plan

Includes everything in Free plus advanced analytics, multi-location support, and priority support. Available monthly or annually (annual billing saves 20%).

Professional Plan

Includes everything in Essential plus NexIQ AI, custom integrations, API access, and dedicated support.

Trial Period

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Your Data

You own your business data. We do not claim ownership of products, sales records, customer data, or any content you create in NexPOS. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Extended unplanned downtime (>4 hours) for paid plans may qualify for service credits.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account reverts to the Free plan.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackNex Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NexPOS.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
