Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business type.

Business Data

Data you enter into NexPOS including products, categories, inventory levels, sales transactions, customer records, and employee information.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. We retain transaction metadata for reporting.

Device & Usage Data

We collect device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage patterns to improve the product and provide support.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve NexPOS services
• Process transactions and send transaction confirmations
• Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Analyze usage patterns to improve features and performance
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on EU-based servers in Paris, France, powered by secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance standards.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following service providers, solely to operate NexPOS:

• Stripe / Razorpay — Payment processing
• AWS / Google Cloud — Infrastructure and hosting
• Resend — Transactional emails
• Vercel — Web application hosting

We never sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymized data for analytics and compliance records for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
